Every unit is built to be used every day. Ice baths should be drained and refilled per the maintenance schedule we walk through on delivery.
We are a WhatsApp message away when anything needs attention. Most service calls are handled same-week, in person, by the person who delivered your unit.
Can I put this on a deck? Yes, with adequate structural loading. We assess during the site visit.
Will it handle the humidity? Yes. Every unit is built for the Indonesian climate. This is what we do.
Do you remove the old unit if I already have one? Yes, for a small fee. Mention it in your enquiry.
