Power requirement (client responsibility) Before installation, the client must confirm that their PLN connection has enough available capacity to run the sauna on top of their existing household or business draw. That means the full 6 kW of headroom beyond whatever is already in use when air-con, kitchen, pool, and lighting are running. PLN can tell you what's contracted on your meter and upgrade if needed — this has to be handled before we install, not after.
We schedule a site visit before delivery, to confirm access, power, drainage (for ice baths), and placement. Build time is typically 3–5 weeks for saunas. Installation takes one day for saunas on prepared pads, half a day for ice baths.
Delivery and installation are included anywhere in Bali. Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, the Gilis, Lombok, and locations beyond are served with an additional shipping and installation fee, quoted by location.
Every unit is built to be used every day. Benches should be brushed down after use; glass wiped; heater stones refreshed annually. Ice baths should be drained and refilled per the maintenance schedule we walk through at install.
We are a WhatsApp message away when anything needs attention. Most service calls are handled same-week, in person, by the person who installed your unit.
Can I put this on a deck? Yes, with adequate structural loading. We assess during the site visit.
Will it handle the humidity? Yes. Every unit is built for the Indonesian climate. This is what we do.
Do you remove the old unit if I already have one? Yes, for a small fee. Mention it in your enquiry.
Is there a minimum rental period? Yes — all rentals are six months minimum. Rentals are available for the Mini Sauna and Ice Bath; full details on the rent page.
We arrive on the scheduled morning, assemble on your prepared pad, commission the heater, run the first heat, and walk you through daily care before we leave. Most clients are sitting in their large sauna by sunset on install day.
